In this guide, we provide a breakdown of APS (Asia Pacific Schools) fees, covering everything from Application Fee to yearly tuition, and additional costs that accompany an international education at APS.

International Pre-School Fees

Deposit
One (1) term’s tuition fee is required as deposit as of APS school rules. The deposit is refundable upon the condition that written notice of withdrawal is provided ONE TERM in advance, at the latest before the student’s last term in school. The deposit is non-transferable and need to be paid in full upon the student’s admission to the school.
The deposit is held throughout the school term and may not be treated as, or used for, the payment of fees or any part thereof.
Withdrawal
The child’s fees and deposit will not be reimbursed if they are forfeited without giving adequate notice.

Deposit: You must pay a deposit equal to half of one (1) semester’s tuition. They will refund the deposit if you submit a written notification of withdrawal at least one (1) term and four (4) months before the student’s last term of enrollment.
You cannot transfer the deposit and must pay it in full when the student enrolls in the school. They keep the deposit on file throughout the academic year without using it to cover any portion of the fees.
Withdrawal: The student’s fees and deposit will not be refunded if they withdraw it after the start of the final term.
Siblings Discount: Siblings who enroll in Early Years are eligible for a 5% tuition discount.

Deposit

Sibling Discount
They offer a sibling discount on tuition only for siblings who are currently enrolled in the school.

*Siblings Discount will take effect from Year 1/Primary 1 onward. Siblings enrolled in Early Years are entitled to 5% off the tuition fee.
Important Notes:
1. Asia Pacific Schools retains the right to change any fees as it sees fit.
2. Payment for tuition, technology, and learning support costs is due at the start of each term.
3. Please note that penalties will be imposed on any fees which have not been paid by the due date.
