  • One full term’s notice required: To avoid forfeiting the fee deposit, parents must provide the school with one (1) full academic term’s written notice of withdrawal. The notice must specify the “Withdrawal Date.” If the notice does not cover one full academic term, it will be deemed insufficient.
  • Insufficient notice examples:
    • If the child is to leave at the end of a term, the notice must be received by the school by the end of the first day of that term. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
    • If the child leaves before the stated withdrawal date.
    • If the withdrawal date is not listed in the notice.
  • No conditional notices: The school does not accept conditional or provisional notices. If the child remains enrolled beyond the withdrawal date, a new notice of at least one full academic term must be submitted.
  • Deposits: Deposits cannot be used to offset tuition fees or any other outstanding amounts. They are refundable only with proper notice as described above.
