Campus Bookstore

The campus bookstore, located on the ground floor of the main building, is your go-to place for textbooks, stationery, and even mobile phone prepaid cards. The SEGi University bookstore also offers photocopying, binding, and courier services. It operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

Campus Security

SEGi University prioritizes student safety with 24-hour security services. Students must display their student ID on campus. Hostel residents must be in their rooms by midnight, and loitering on the SEGi University campus after this time is prohibited. All students should follow the safety and security notices displayed around the SEGi University campus.

Transport and Parking

All vehicles entering the SEGi University campus must have a valid University Car Sticker. Students should park in designated perimeter areas. Motorcycles are allowed in the covered parking bays, but cars are not. Violations such as illegal or double parking at SEGi University will result in a RM50.00 fine.

Health Services

SEGi Clinic

Located between the campus bookstore and the SEGi University Merchandise Shop, the SEGi Clinic offers medical services from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The SEGi University clinic also processes medical check-ups for international students’ visa applications.

Oral Health Centre

The Faculty of Dentistry at SEGi University provides dental services to the public and operates from the second floor, left wing, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

SEGi EyeCare

Managed by the Faculty of Optometry and Vision Sciences, SEGi EyeCare offers eye examinations and sells prescription lenses, spectacles, and contact lenses. SEGi EyeCare is open to the public from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays by appointment only.

Printing, Photocopying, and Scanning

These services are available at the IT Labs Area & Library (3rd Floor). SEGi University students can purchase a printing card from the Bursary and top-up as needed. Scanning services are free at the photocopy machine near the Open Computer Lab.

Computer Labs

SEGi University’s computer labs are located on the first floor, left wing. These labs are equipped with PCs, internet access, and specialized software like SPSS, Autocad, and Matlab. Assistance is available from the IT Help Desk during operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Wireless Internet Access

SEGi University students can enjoy free wireless internet access across various campus locations, including the cafeteria, clinic, multipurpose hall, computer labs, registry, bursary, library, and study areas. The SEGi University network is accessible via SSID: SEGi_Student.

SEGi University Library and Study Facilities

SEGi University offers two libraries: the SEGi University Kota Damansara Library (SUKD) on the 3rd floor of the Admin Block, and the SEGi College Kota Damansara Library (SCKD) on the 15th floor of the Tower Block. Both libraries house a comprehensive collection of books, journals, and electronic resources.

The SUKD Library is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Sundays, it operates from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The SCKD Library, however, is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closes on weekends.

The SUKD Study Area, located on the 4th floor, offers a spacious environment for students to do their revision, study, or work on assignments. It is open from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and on weekends from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing ample time for SEGi University students to utilize this facility.

SEGi CONNECT!

SEGi CONNECT! assists new students with initial registration processes and helps resolve operational issues related to multiple departments. SEGi CONNECT! is located on the first floor near the International Office and the second floor within the Faculty area.
