UCSI International School Fees 2023-2024

UCSI international school in Malaysia has three campus which are located in KL, Subang Jaya and Sprinhill. Here we provided all the UCSI  school fees 2024 in detail for each campus.

Kuala Lumpur Campus Fees

Application Fee You must pay before we schedule the placement test, either at the time of the admissions or re-admissions application. We neither transfer nor refund the fee. Even if we receive the application fee, the school doesn’t have to admit or accept the student.	RM 1,000
Registration Fee Upon receipt of an offer letter and a successful application, a one-time payment is made. Fees are not transferable or refundable.	RM 5,000
Deposit You can get a refund if you submit a written withdrawal notification at least one (1) term before the next academic term starts and follow the Withdrawal Policy.

Notes:

1. “Each academic year consists of three terms. You must pay tuition and technology fees before the start of each term.
2. We will invoice the following expenses separately: field trips, specialized after-school activities, personal insurance, uniforms, books, and meals.
3. We will apply a late payment charge of two per cent (2%) per month, calculated daily from the payment due date.
4. Students must pay all exam costs.
5. You can get the deposit back if you follow the Withdrawal Policy. If a student doesn’t attend school after admission, we won’t refund or transfer the deposit and any other fees we received upon confirmation of enrollment. If the admission goes unused, the security deposit is lost.
6. If a student is boarding during the weekend while under weekday boarding, there is an extra price of RM 90 per day.
7. There may be yearly increases in fees. The UCSI International School retains the right to revise its rates at any time and without notice.

Subang Jaya Campus Fees

Notes:

1. Students enrolling for Early Years 1 – Year 2 (starting Academic Year 2023/2024) will take part in a 6-year primary curriculum as UIS Subang Jaya changes from its present 5-year program to a 6-year one. The current 5-year primary program will be followed by students enrolling in Primary Years 3 through Primary Years 5.
2. Students from Early Years 2 who move on to “Primary Year 1” must add to their initial deposit, which is equal to one term’s tuition.
3. One academic year offers three terms. Before the start of each term, tuition and other fees must be paid.
4. We also charged costs for the lab, library, music room, art and drama room, hall, extracurricular activities, insurance (PA), and yearbook.
5. School uniforms, books, meal plans, specialized co-curricular activities and field trips are NOT included in the tuition fees and will be invoiced separately.
6. Students are responsible for paying all exam costs.
7. Deposit is non-transferable but is refundable if the Withdrawal Policy is followed.
8. The cost of fees can go up every year. The rates at UCSI International School Subang Jaya may change at any time without prior notice.
9. Two percent (2%) late payment fees per month, computed daily from the payment due date, will be assessed.

Springhill Campus Fees

2. The 50% Taster Year Bursary offers a 50% tuition fee waiver for TWO years. After that, it provides a 30% tuition fee waiver based on the currently active Taster Year Bursary.
3. The prices listed above exclude field trips, specialized after-school activities, personal insurance, books, food, and school uniforms; we will bill these expenses separately.
