Application Fee Students need to pay before School schedules the placement test, either at the time of the admissions or re-admissions application. Application fee may not be transferred or refunded.	RM 1,000
Registration Fee Upon receipt of an offer letter and a successful application, a one-time payment is made. Fees are not transferable or refundable.	RM 5,000
Deposit Students from Early Years 1 to Year 11 are required to pay a refundable deposit equivalent to one term’s tuition fee. Boarding students are also required to pay a separate boarding deposit of RM5,000.

Notes:

1. “Each academic year consists of three terms. You must pay tuition and technology fees before the start of each term.
2. School will invoice the following expenses separately: field trips, specialized after-school activities, personal insurance, uniforms, books, and meals.
3. We will apply a late payment charge of two per cent (2%) per month, calculated daily from the payment due date.
4. Students must pay all exam costs.
5. You can get the deposit back if you follow the Withdrawal Policy. If a student doesn’t attend school after admission, School won’t refund or transfer the deposit and any other fees we received upon confirmation of enrollment. If the admission goes unused, the security deposit is lost.
6. If a student is boarding during the weekend while under weekday boarding, there is an extra price of RM 90 per day.
7. There may be yearly increases in fees. The UCSI International School retains the right to revise its rates at any time and without notice.

Note: Enrolment into the English Intensive Programme+ (EIP+) or English Immersion Programme (EIP) is determined during the Admissions Process for learners requiring additional English language support. Programme fees are charged separately from tuition and technology fees.
