Boarding
UCSI school thinks that boarding and school life form an integrated community that allows our boarders to extend their learning beyond the confines of the academic day.
One of the many distinguishing features of boarding schools is that character development is equally important as academics. Because teachers live among their pupils and students live away from home, boarding schools foster self-discipline and independent thought.
Their house parents are here to ensure that their children have opportunities for personal growth and exploration, as well as to provide holistic personal development, academic enhancement, and targeted attention.
They think that sharing, camaraderie, and teamwork are vital traits for success in life, and their boarding program encourages the development of these virtues.
They feel that boarding is an education in and of itself, which is why they provide an appealing campus location and great state-of-the-art facilities.
Their students’ safety is their top priority. They ensure their students’ safety by having 24 hour security staff monitoring the campus and CCTV surveillance of the school, as well as a live-in nurse caretaker to attend to all of their students’ wellness needs.
Furthermore, kids are engaged in a unique environment that fosters the bonding of shared experiences, friendship among peers, and a trust and honesty with mentors and adults that lasts a lifetime.
