The MAHSA Residence offers its very own on-campus housing so that students can fully experience a stress-free and safe university life. Finding a place to stay while attending MAHSA University is therefore no trouble at all.

Many people find that living alone is a completely new experience when they transition from secondary school to university education.

Because this transitional period is so important, MAHSA Residence continues to work hard to offer each of its Residents services that are of tremendous value.

The next lecture, supper at The Habitat, workout at MARS, or dive at the MAHSA Aquatic Center are all just a few minutes away for residents.

Yes, the on-campus services are created to give our students the ideal environment for a wholly holistic experience, an experience that compliments their efforts as they set out on the path to success.

Within its two residence complexes, EQUALITY BUILDING and DIVERSITY BUILDING, MAHSA Residence provides a range of rooms.

All accommodations, from studios to single and triple-sharing rooms, are completely equipped and come with the option of air conditioning or not. A 24-hour security crew and CCTV cameras ensure that residents of MAHSA Residence are always safe.

A team of House Masters and House Matrons are always on the go to ensure that residents’ needs are met.

MAHSA University offers a variety of room types within their two residence blocks to accommodate your budget. There are single en-suite, twin-shared, and four-shared rooms available, with or without air conditioning.

Residence blocks are located on campus, providing 24-hour security and easy access to on-campus retail, food and beverage, indoor and outdoor sports and leisure facilities.

Choose their Executive Deluxe Room if you prefer luxury living and total privacy, or the Twin and Triple Sharing if you prefer shared living and making new friends, all while being part of a welcoming and vibrant community.

Residence Room Fees

The daily rates apply to guests attending MAHSA University functions as well as parents and family members of students. These rooms provide guests with the experience of living in university-provided housing while also providing the comforts of a hotel. Monthly rates apply only to students who live on campus for the duration of the course.

2. MAHSA AVENUE INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE (MAIC) reserves the right to make any changes that are deemed necessary without prior notice.

Student Handbook. Student must explicitly abide to the terms and conditions therein.
4. Room type is subject to availability and the management of MAHSA Residence reserves the right to assign any room type available.
5. Only air-conditioned rooms are fitted with water heater.
6. It is compulsory for students under the age of 21 years to be housed in our on-campus Residence.
7. On-campus Residents will receive complimentary membership to MAHSA Recreation and Sports Centre (MARS) at MAHSA University in
Bandar Saujana Putra.
