Sunway’s Diploma in Nursing combines classic and modern technological tools. The program is designed for those whom have a desire about improving the lives for others. Sunway Diploma of Nursing will teach students essential medical and nursing courses like anatomy and physiology of the human body, nursing care, and related support areas like communication and counselling. The training guarantees that students learn caring, nurturing, and counselling abilities, as well as how to operate as a team to provide holistic treatment for all patients.
It ensures that Sunway University nursing graduates grow as knowledgeable, competent, and caring professionals when providing healthcare to those in need. Throughout the three-year curriculum, theory and practical examinations are given for each semester. After clearing the licensure exams, students will be issued Sunway University and the Nursing Board of Malaysia Registration Certificates. Students who enroll in this program are able to seek for sponsorship from Sunway Medical Centre, which provides students with exclusive support to pursue nursing courses at Sunway University, with promise of employment after graduation.
