Sunway Diploma of Interior Design helps students to learn about the art and science of making interior spaces visually appropriate to the end client. Interior spaces are no longer just for meeting functional and practical needs; they are also critical to how we live, work, and play. Inspiring new technological and material advances have created plenty of opportunities for the creative individual who chooses to explore interior design. Before students begin to explore their creative potential through the various hands on interior design activities included in the program, they will be armed with the principles and theories of interior design.
Students will learn the nuances of space planning, design processes, and visual aspects of presentations, as well as topics relating to building materials, furniture design, building construction, project specifications, and professional ethics, with the help of qualified lecturers. They will also have the opportunity to engage in industry challenges and real world projects during the curriculum.
