Through theory and practical applications, graduates learn to align HR strategies with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness and compliance.

Program Overview

Sunway Master of Human Resource was created in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the world’s largest Chartered HR and development body, for aspiring managers and professionals interested in becoming strategic leaders and human resource managers.

Students will gain experience not only via understanding of modern human resource management theories, ideas, and methods, but also through teamwork throughout the curriculum and the development of skill sets that can be used in practice. Because today’s organizations operate in a dynamic and complex environment with diverse structures and cultures, Sunway Master of Human Resource will provide students with the knowledge and leadership abilities required to tackle human resource difficulties and satisfy business strategic goals.
