On-campus Accommodation

On-campus housing is available at APU’s campus in Technology Park Malaysia. The accommodation has 24-hour security and access card control. Students living in the Accommodation will have direct access to campus facilities such as the SweatZone, Residence Lounge, and others.

There are four types of accommodations, each with a variety of room options:

En-Suite Rooms With Common Kitchen

Facilities: Wi-Fi (Internet), water Heater, cooking

On each floor, there is a shared pantry with a stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator. All of the rooms feature adjoining bathrooms with water heaters, bathroom mirrors with shelving, and towel racks. Pay-as-you-go self-service laundry facilities are provided.

Two Rooms Unit With Kitchen

The two-room flat has a common kitchen with a stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator. All rooms feature adjoining bathrooms with water heaters, bathroom mirrors with shelving, and towel racks.

The communal shared space is cleaned twice a week. Self-service laundry facilities are available on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.

Dual Key – Premium Rooms With Pantry & Sharing Amenities

Facilities: Wi-Fi (Internet), water Heater

These flats have a superior finish and a communal shared pantry. Each unit has two rooms and a common area with a separate toilet, separate shower, and separate sink with a mirror that can be shared by four students in Twin Rooms or two students in Single Rooms.

The unit has a common pantry with a bar table, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, shelves, and an ironing board. The shower area has a water heater and towel racks.

Each floor also has a common kitchen, which includes a stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Pay-as-you-go self-service laundry facilities are provided.

Apartment With Kitchen – 5 Rooms In An Apartment

Each apartment has a common kitchen that includes a stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator. All of the rooms feature adjoining bathrooms with water heaters, bathroom mirrors with shelving, and towel racks.

The common area is cleaned twice per week. Pay-as-you-go self-service laundry facilities are provided.

Students can rent rooms on a single or twin sharing basis. Each room includes a water heater, a study table, a bed with divans, and Wi-Fi. The Super Premium Rooms include a Mini Fridge. Students will pay for power and laundry services on a “pay as you go” basis.

Residents’ Lounge

Their multipurpose student lounge, located on Level 3 of the On-Campus Accommodation complex, provides students with a big and comfortable meeting place to socialize and unwind after courses.

Students with complete Wi-Fi capabilities can search the Internet for information while discussing their assignments, as well as relax and have fun with indoor games like billiards, table football, and so on. Students can congregate in the resident’s lounge area during the following operating hours:

Monday to Friday: 6:00pm to 11:00pm

Weekends and Public Holiday: 10:00am to 11:00pm

Fee Payment Guidelines

• All applicable fees shall be settled in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
• Please be advised that these USD figures are only for guidance purposes and may vary due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.
