Foundation in Arts

Taylor’s Foundation in Arts program is meant to provide interdisciplinary courses to provide students early exposure to a variety of subjects while also providing the most educational options. This program prepares students to enter the first year of an undergraduate degree program directly.

O Level: Pass with minimum of 5 credits

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Pass with minimum of 3Bs

Program Structure

Architecture, Business, Design, Media and Communication, Education, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Tourism, Quantity Surveying, Performing Arts, and Psychology are among the elective modules available in the program. Students will have a clearer direction and a better understanding of their fields of interest by the end of the one-year pre-university program.

The Foundation in Science curriculum is specifically developed to provide students with a solid foundation in STEM disciplines required for the transition from secondary to tertiary study. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM): Pass with minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and 2 Science subjects

O Level: Pass with minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and 2 Science subjects

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Pass with minimum of 3Bs including Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics/Advanced Mathematics

Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government

Foundation in Design

Foundation in Design

The program is created to give students the knowledge and skills they need to continue their studies at the degree level, specifically in the Bachelor of Design (Hons) in Creative Media and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior Architecture programs. These skills and knowledge will serve as the building blocks for their future academic endeavors.

Through field trips, attending speeches by renowned speakers, and taking part in competitions, learning extends outside the classroom.
