Degree Level 1
Students will learn the ideas and also the practical sides of tourism and taking care of guests. They will learn the basics of travel, tourism, and looking after guests through subjects like managing things, counting money, advertising, starting businesses, law studies, and managing people. They will pay extra attention to problems in managing services. At the same time, students will get better at talking in business, using computers, technology, and learning by themselves. They will also learn about virtual and added reality through a basic lesson on VRAR and the Metaverse.

Degree Level 2
In the second year, students will learn many different skills, understanding more about the world of tourism and looking after guests. They will study subjects like online tourism, digital advertising, what customers like, how to sell things, understanding world cultures and talking, places in the world, how to make money, and managing hotel rooms and places to eat. They will also learn special ways and topics only for tourism and guest care. Their course wants to help students think creatively, come up with new ideas, and learn on their own. This will make sure they are prepared for work and studying more in the future.

Internship
To bridge the gap between academic and professional worlds, students will experience an Internship or Industrial Training for at least 16 weeks. This ensures they transition smoothly from academic settings to real world jobs.
Degree Level 3
Using what they learned in school and from work, students will learn more about today’s problems and how to use methods in areas like rules, advertising plans, organizing events, and management. This teaching wants to make them leaders in the tourism and guest care business. In the last year, they will do a project on a topic they choose. Here, they will show what they know and what they can do in that topic.

APU-DMU Dual Degree
Students enrolled in the Bachelor’s Degree Program are presented with the opportunity to join the APU-DMU Dual Degree Scheme. By choosing this pathway, upon graduation, students will be awarded two Degree Certificates & Transcripts: one from Asia Pacific University (APU) in Malaysia and another from De Montfort University (DMU) in the UK.
